CANCELLATION POLICY

From time to time, life happens and we cannot control the circumstances around us. Here at YRG, life happens a lot. That is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. You see, our instructors are like our family. We book our classes far enough ahead, so that we can plan our lives too. After all, who doesn’t look forward to the weekend off?

In the event that you need to cancel your class before the first morning session,  you will receive a refund less the cost of the simulator.

If you would prefer, we can automatically reschedule you in another class.  But, its probably best if you contact us and we can coordinate what works best for your schedule.

If you have to skip a class, that is another matter entirely.  Contact us to either get rescheduled for that day/night or, we will do our best to bring you catch you up in time for the next class.  It’s more than probable, you’ll have a lot of reading to do on your own.

Refunds are not given after the course has begun.  If you skip a session, we encourage you to jump back in and hold on tight.  We will make every accommodation to catch you up as quickly as possible.  If you skip more than a session, please contact the instructor immediately.  Refunds are not given if you miss more than 1 session.
